I encourage women in our industry to be the groundbreakers for the next generations

Kamshat Galiyeva has had 18 successful years at Epiroc. Today she is the General Manager of Epiroc in Brazil. The company's culture and values have been crucial to her, and she has constantly evolved through new and interesting challenges.

"My advice to young women interested in the mining and construction industry is to be proud of who you are, be curious and constantly learn the new power skills. It's an industry full of opportunities, driven by digitalization, sustainability and the circular economy," says Kamshat.
