Our IT teams play a pivotal role in driving Epiroc’s growth and profitability. We operate and develop cutting-edge solutions and services that empower our teams across daily operations and ambitious software projects for our machines. Our Parts & Services division offers a comprehensive suite of services, designed to enhance customer productivity. This division prioritizes spare parts supply, professional services, support solutions, and training. While our primary distribution centers are located in Sweden, the United States, and China, our dedicated teams serve our machines across the globe.

In our Sourcing department, our mission is to identify the best suppliers for our products, considering factors such as quality, availability, price, transportation, and environmental impact. We collaborate closely with R&D and Manufacturing to ensure that we design components at the right price point and with the desired quality.

The vision of our Supply Chain is to enhance customer satisfaction through excellent availability, stock management, cost control, and sustainability. In other words, we aim for a world-class Supply Chain that seamlessly operates in the background, ensuring the customer experiences smooth functionality without even noticing.
