He previously held a role as assistant manager when he identified a critical shortfall in the Scooptram ST1030 underground loader’s tipping height. Although the machine met technical specifications, it only partially satisfied customer needs, which he realized through direct interactions.

Through our global innovation program called "Foster", Kailash proposed an enhancement to the tipping height of the Scooptram ST1030. The solution not only improved the machine's functionality but also aligned it more closely with market demands. His idea was successfully implemented and led to a position as a Product Specialist in Parts and Services division at Customer Center in India.
