Code of Conduct

The Epiroc Code of Conduct is our guide to doing business ethically.

The Code of Conduct describes who we are as a company, as well as the high ethical standards we must follow in different compliance and human rights areas, which are all dealt with topic by topic. Epiroc is committed to conducting its business in accordance with:


• UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP)
• United Nations International Bill of Human Rights
• International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental
Principles and Rights at Work (ILO)
• OECD’s Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
• UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• UN Convention against Corruption
• The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development      

 

All our employees are required to be familiar with and follow our CoC. We are an active member of the Swedish chapter of Transparency International. 

 

It sets the principles for interactions with our stakeholders such as employees, customers, shareholders, business partners as well as society to help us to do the right thing.

 

All employees must make themselves familiar with and follow the Code and be committed to living our values. Business partners must act in accordance with high ethical standards and integrity and follow our Code and applicable company policies, laws and regulations.

We invite our external stakeholders to raise concerns and when necessary report anonymously via Reporting misconduct


Employees
Employees should use the internal website to access Speak Up.


Customers
Speak Up is intended for concerns in relation to misconduct. For customer complaints please turn directly to your business contact at Epiroc.
