Invitation to Epiroc Capital Markets Day May 30, 2018

Stockholm, Sweden, April 20, 2018: Epiroc AB, the company that the Atlas Copco Group plans to dividend out to shareholders in mid-2018, invites investors, analysts, financial media and other key stakeholders to its first annual Capital Markets Day on May 30, 2018, in Örebro, Sweden. 
The purpose of the Capital Markets Day is to present Epiroc and its strategy to the financial market. The event will also provide an update on the process of publicly listing Epiroc on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange, planned for June 2018, provided that Atlas Copco shareholders approve the proposal at the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2018. Participating at the Capital Markets Day from Epiroc will be Per Lindberg, President and CEO, Anders Lindén, Chief Financial Officer, Helena Hedblom, Senior Executive Vice President Mining and Infrastructure, and other members of management. Please register your participation no later than May 22 at epiroc.com/cmd2018, where you will also find the program and further information. Please observe that the number of participants is limited. The planned program in Örebro starts around 9.30 and ends around 16.00 CEST. Transportation from and back to Stockholm will be organized for the participants; details are found in the registration link. The event will also be webcasted live.
