About the Website

It is important for us that everyone can access the information on our websites. We are using the WCAG 2.1 guidelines and EN 301 549 standards to ensure accessibility is built into every stage of our development process. This proactive approach helps us identify and resolve issues early.

 

All our solutions are thoroughly tested—manually, with leading screen readers, and through automated tools—to deliver an inclusive experience for everyone.

When an accessibility issue is detected, we log it, assess its impact, and estimate the effort required. Critical issues are addressed immediately, while others are added to our to-do list and resolved as soon as possible.

 

We believe in continuous improvement and work in an agile way to achieve it.

 

We are a large organization with many stakeholders involved in managing the website, so we know everything isn’t perfect. However, we are actively addressing accessibility issues and constantly improving.

We work hard on all our known accessibility flaws. We use both automated testing and manual scanning of new pages to identify areas that need improvement.

Here are some of the improvements we are working on:

 

• Improving color contrast.
• Enhancing link colors and link behavior.
• Ensuring all images on our websites include ALT text
• We are implementing tabbing functionality to improve keyboard navigation and accessibility across our website.
• Providing accessibility training for all our editors.
