Epiroc announces changes to Group Management

Ulrika Areskog Lilja will serve as SVP Brand & Communications starting on November 2, 2026. She has extensive experience leading brand and communications as part of executive leadership teams in large global market-leading companies. Most recently she served as Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications at the bank SEB, and previously she served in senior roles at forest industry company Stora Enso and steelmaker SSAB. Ulrika Areskog Lilja, born 1975, is a Swedish citizen. Her education includes an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden.
Katarina Nilsson will serve as SVP People & Leadership starting on September 1, 2026. She currently serves as Vice President People, Leadership & SHEQ at Epiroc’s Underground division, and has been with the Group since 2023. She also has extensive experience from executive teams in global market-leading companies, serving in legal and human resources roles, and has worked in China for a decade. Before joining Epiroc her roles included serving as General Counsel at battery manufacturer Northvolt, and as General Counsel at forest industry company SCA. Katarina Nilsson, born 1971, is a Swedish citizen. Her education includes a Master of Laws from Lund University, Sweden.

With these changes, Epiroc is expanding its Group Management team from six to seven members.
