Stockholm, Sweden: Epiroc AB, a leading productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, won awards for best annual report among large cap companies on the Nasdaq stock exchange in Sweden.

Epiroc Annual and Sustainability Report 2018

Epiroc’s Annual and Sustainability Report for 2018 won the prize for best annual report as well as the prize for best designed annual report. The awards were presented during a ceremony yesterday in Stockholm. The competition is organized by Nasdaq, accounting trade organization FAR, Swedish Society of Financial Analysts and Swedish Association of Communication Professionals.

The presentation of the company’s products is of high quality with educational explanations and good graphics,” the jury said. “Figures are dissected and explained clearly and the risk section holds high standard. The company also has an informative sustainability section that in an interesting way links the company's key figures with the UN's goals for sustainable development.”

Epiroc’s Annual and Sustainability Report demonstrates the company’s commitment to investing in more intelligent and sustainable solutions for mining and infrastructure as customers get ready for a major technology shift towards more automation, digitalization and battery power.

As this was Epiroc’s first annual report as an independent company it was very important for us to provide shareholders and other stakeholders with informative insight into our business from all aspects,” said Mattias Olsson, Senior Vice President Corporate Communications. “We are very happy about this recognition.”
