Marketing and Communication Assistant, Epiroc South Africa
Hi, my name is Redgebency Ntsiba and I work as a Marketing and Communication Assistant for Epiroc South Africa.
I’ve been with the company for two years, however I only started in my current role about six months ago, prior to that I was an intern for 1 year and 6 months. I was able to spend my internship at both the Industrial Technique business area, as well as the Mining and Rock Excavation business area, which now has become Epiroc.
Before I started my internship, I had actually never heard of the company. However, once I got to know the company, I was gob-smacked.
“Epiroc is like a home away from home and a learning institution away from one. The people here are so professional and yet so fond of one another, their company and customers.”
My aim of interning at Epiroc was to get work experience, as well learn and acquire new skills and networks.
I definitely consider Epiroc to be an employer of choice! Companies are judged by how happy and content their employees are. Looking at the staff at Epiroc, their skills, talents and credibility – one can only be envious. This is a haven for greatness.
I see myself having a bright future in the company, I plan to make a name for myself by letting my work speak for itself.
If I would describe Epiroc in one word? It would be "Innovative!"
