Responsible supply chain

Business partners such as suppliers, subcontractors, joint venture partners, agents and distributors shall be made aware of the Group’s commitments and expectations in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

To reduce the risk of violations of the Code of Conduct, we evaluate our partners according to a 10-point checklist based on the UN Global Compact and the International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and through on-site audits.

Epiroc Prohibited and Declarable lists

Epiroc maintains lists of substances that are either prohibited or declarable due to their negative impact on health or the environment. Compliance with these lists is part of the 10 point checklist for evaluating business partners.

We expect our business partners to adhere to these lists (lined below), as well as to any applicable national legislation and take following actions:

  • Full excel list with all substances having a compliance obligation
