Sales Manager – Epiroc Brazil
Hi, my name is Denilson Santos, I´m 49 years old, married and have two daughters. During my time off, I do many different things but what I enjoy most is to hang out with my family, which is very important to me.
I started my career at Atlas Copco 26 years ago. Since then I have worked in many departments, for example in accounting, logistics, internal sales, RDT products.
Some years ago, I accepted the challenge to start maintaining and developing a network of 10 dealers and so, after some years I could manage and improve our territory management increasing the net base to 16 dealers. Since 2012, I’m also in charge of managing our Branch in Para State currently covering one of the largest accounts of Epiroc.
Besides managing the dealers and Para state branch, I’m also responsible for managing 15 employees to cover the complete Brazilian market for all business lines. This demands weekly travels to meet our clients and support the sales team.

The good example I have is the Online Marketing Principles and Management, which was an online program consisting of online lectures, workshops, webinars and interactive tools. The course was accomplished by Lund University – Sweden- founded in 1666 and ranked among the world’s top 100 universities.
